The Butterfly Goldfish is a variant of the Telescope which is characterized by its more beatiful "butterfly" tail. Of course, the distinctive mark of any Telescope breed is the portruding set of eyes that begin to develop after 3 months of age.

The Telescope is a hardy and active breed, that has not been diluted in vigor by selective breeding. Its an exellent fish for the aquarium or the pond.
