Shipping Charges:
Small Order Saver Rate $39 (up to 4 pounds) FedEX Overnight
Flat Rate is $59 FedEX Overnight
We were happy to introduce our Flat Rate Shipping a good while back. This meant that the more fish you bought, the bigger your savings. It also meant, that unlike others, we do not rack up hidden costs in the shipping.
Now we are excited to introduce the new Small Order Saver Rate. This means that any combination of livestock under 4 pounds will ship Overnight to your door, for only $39. Anywhere in the US!
For any order larger than that, you still take advantage of our regular Flat Rate. You pay only ONE Shipping Charge for any amount of fish to anywhere in the US.
If you wish to do a local pick up, feel free to place the order, and indicate local pick up on the Comment section. Though the website will automatically charge the shipping rate, we will adjust the charge right away. Make sure to contact us to schedule a pickup time. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or for custom quotes.
Remember, you pay only one shipping charge for up to 300 fish! The more fish you get, the more your savings get.
Alaska and Hawaii orders add $20 to the Flat Fee. For special or larger volume orders, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping LiveStock:
Shipping live (and rare) fish is not something that can be overlooked (and we certainly do not). Many customers are surprises to find that we can ship any of our livestock to virtually anywhere in the US (and indeed most locations around the world).
We are able to do this by shipping our fish Overnight Express, along with insulation, treated water, oxygen, and heat packs when necessary. Our shipping methods, and healthy acclimated livestock allow us to offer a "live on arrival" guarantee on all purchases. Please remember that if there are any problems, they must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Regarding laws and regulations -Important:
Some livestock species such as piranhas and stingrays are not legal in SOME countries, regions, US states, counties and cities. River Wonders cannot and DOES NOT know about all concerning laws, regulations, enforcement and interpretation of every locality in the USA and/or the world. River Wonders will not send any piranha or other fish species to a location it knows them not to be permitted. However, River Wonders asserts that it is the buyer's responsibility to check up on any local laws or regulations which may apply to him. River Wonders does not make any guarantees regarding any local regulations and does not take any responsibility or liability in this matter and urges all potential customers to research their local laws and regulations. By purchasing from River Wonders, the customer clears River Wonders of any legal liability that may result in the receipt or possession of any purchased items, and declares that, as a willing purchaser of the merchandise and receiver in the given region, he accepts legal responsibility of the merchandise as soley his own.
